Provided the JLTV Program Management Office and its customer with comprehensive risk management tools, processes, and reporting to enhance program visibility and decision-making. Collaborated closely with Integrated Program Teams to facilitate regular risk reviews, ensuring effective identification, documentation, and mitigation of potential issues. Additionally, delivered ancillary program management support to help teams overcome roadblocks, maintain momentum, and achieve project objectives.

Led cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-profile fabrication projects while managing scope, budget, and timelines with precision. Delivered impactful show car projects, including the Hummer EV's (Truck & SUV) and Cadillac Escala, by implementing innovative process improvements. Provided mentorship to project management team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth throughout.

Streamlined pre-production RESS (High Voltage Battery) planning by coordinating stakeholder priorities and successfully delivering over 1,000 RESS builds annually. Drove efficiency gains through process automation and tool development, resulting in significant time savings in my daily routine.

Served as the single point program coordinator for incoming job requests, facilitating job intake and supporting the quoting process (ROM's, BOEs, EVMS) to facilitate project initiation. Coordinated cross-functional teams to successfully deliver high-quality defense prototypes on schedule, navigating complex requirements and timelines. This commitment to excellence and innovation earned recognition with the Shop Ace Award in 2011 and contributed significantly to the Engineering Team of the Year's success.
