Hi, I'm Matt, a Project management professional (pMP) Certified Project Manager from Michigan.

I am a Project Manager with extensive experience operating at the intersection of innovation and collaboration. I specialize in leading teams in dynamic environments where formal processes and procedures are minimal.  Procedures and tools that do exist are often adapted, or highly tailored, to suit specific needs of the project. The teams I work with consistently succeed in these highly tailored conditions because I bring a strong foundation in project management paired with technical expertise, enabling us to quickly identify challenges and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.

I've observed that often, teams are hesitant to adopt new processes or solutions due to concerns about long ramp-up times, large upfront investments, ongoing costs, and cultural resistance. Straddling the line between Project Manager and Ad-Hoc Ninja, I am passionate about driving project success while ensuring the tools and processes I introduce truly take root and thrive.
